Refund return and cancellation policy

At www.bestgenericpill.com we always ensure that all our customers are happy with our services and products. And always try to avoid a refund, return, or cancellation. However, there may be some reasons that the customer or the dealer might have to step back from the deal. Below is a list of situations where refund & cancellation can be given-

• Complaints
• Disputes
• Stock unavailable
• An order canceled by a customer
• Payment not received

If in case you have not received the packet within 30 business days we will issue a full refund. In case you received the wrong product or damaged product we will refund the full amount. If your order is on hold or sent back to the sender please give us a call or email us we will act promptly. In case you are not happy with the quality of the product. Call or email us within 10 days of receiving the product we will issue a refund or replacement. We will not entertain any query after 10 of delivery.
